An antique pine wardrobe with two doors, each with attractive design. Dating from around the art deco period c.1910, with vertical columns either side, very typical of this era.
There are two bottom drawers, each with brass drop handles. Sat on block feet to the back, and bun to the front.

Recently stripped of its original paint to the bare wood, and can be bought in its current condition for £1000. Waxed price is £1125. In our opinion this would look very nice painted - please contact us for a quote for this service. All prices include the fitting of a new brass rail. Antique pine double wardrobe dating from c.1910, in very good condition. There are two bottom drawers, each with the original attractive brass drop handles, and the doors have the original pretty key escutcheons.
There is scrolling and decorative carvings to the sides of the wardrobe.
Sat on block feet to the back, and bun at the front.

With an internal depth of 22.5", it is plenty deep enough for coat and suit hangers.

With a very nice cornice top, ornamental zinc decorations, large solid block feet, and original attractive key escutcheons, this double pine Continental wardrobe makes a handsome addition to your bedroom / dressing room. A late Victorian English pine linen press, with two attractive panelled door’s, over three drawers. Each drawer has their original dark wood knobs, and are sliding nicely. Inside the cupboard are the original sliding shelves/trays. It is stood on raised bracket feet.

A very large antique pine campaign cupboard dating from the turn of the century - in good condition throughout.

The purpose of campaign furniture is that is "breaks" down or "folds" down for ease of moving it, or travelling with it. In the case of this particular piece, it would most likely have been placed near the front door of a house, maybe the hall, storing important possessions that could easily be moved, in case of fire. It is also known as a fire safe cupboard.

This campaign cupboard has the original carrying handles at each end. Its cupboard doors have very attractive panels and working locks and key. Inside each cupboard is a single shelf.

These “stackable” cupboards, are excellent pieces of furniture if your property is difficult to access, ie.flat or difficult stairway.

An East German c.1920’s pine chest of drawers, with 4 full width drawers, the top drawer with partitions. (Please note: the top drawer looks like 2 drawers when closed). All the drawers have the original handles/knobs and key escutcheons. A handsome piece, with a simple design.

It was waxed some time ago, and can be bought as seen for £300, or £367 once restored and re-waxed.
The drawers need a little restoration to run smoothly.

A very nice example of a turn of the century antique pine Secretaire. Two glazed cupboard doors in the top section, with two shelves inside (each with slots for ladles on the front edges), drop down writing/work surface with, seven stationary drawers inside (work-surface height - 29")

There are 3 full width drawers in the bottom section, each with their original antique brass drop handles and key plates, and all are running smoothly. Attractive vertical columns run either side of the cupboard and drawers.

The top separates from the base for delivery. Originally painted, now stripped so currently in bare wood. Can be purchased as it is for £925, can be waxed for £1050

A four drawer pine chest of drawers (Circa: 1910), in good condition, with decorative columns on the sides, and bun feet to the front. All the drawers are sliding nicely and have their original brass drop handles and key escutcheons. Some handles are missing their edges, but are still functional and in good working order. We can replace them for you, if you wish.

Recently stripped of its original paint, to the bare wood. Ready for waxing or painting.

A late 1800’s Bobbin Back Windsor Armchair. Believed to have been made by John Shadford of Lincolnshire. In its original finish - in excellcent condition for its age.

We believe this chair has been lowered at some point, or had originally been a rocking chair and has had the rockers removed. Would make an ideal fire side chair, comfortable, solid and sturdy.

An interesting, and charming, old pine farmers ‘grain bin’, dating from the turn of the century, in good solid condition. Tall in height, with a flat top - would make an ideal shoe/wellie storage box, in which you can sit on to put them on/off. Or an unusual lamp stand.

A large old pine Mule Chest dating from c.1920, recently stripped so currently in bare wood ready for waxing or painting. Can be purchased as it is for £330, or waxed for £367.

Solid and in good condition for its age, with a lift up flat lid and original strap hinges, original candle box inside, and carrying handles on both ends. There is a full width bottom drawer, with its original ring pulls. The purpose of the mule chest, and how it differs from other chests, is that the bottom drawer is easier for one to access, then reaching to the bottom of a deep chest.

These flat top chest's make excellent alternatives to a coffee table.

A slightly pitchy pine, with lots of knots and character. It will look lovely once wax polished - showing its warm colour tone.

The cornice, sides and bottom are all curved, making this a very attractive piece. It alos has panelled double doors with a diamond shape indentation. The original lock and key are in good working order. The door's external hinges allow them to open fully.

A very clean and tidy antique pine double wardrobe, that has been recently stripped, restored and wax polished.
A large double with plenty of hanging space - the original wooden rail is still attached but I can replace it with a new brass hanging rail if you wish. There are two storage drawers at the bottom each with brass pull rings.
There is a small amount of decoration to the sides with some scroll detail, and it is sat on bun feet to the front and block at the back - very typical appearance of this time c.1920

A nice and tidy antique pine larder cupboard dating from c.1920's, with 4 drawers on the left hand side, each with a white porcelain knob, and a door (with its original brass circular vent) on the right. The door is mounted on French style external hinges, so opens fully, - a very useful feature when accessing the cuboard. Inside is two full depth shelves and one half depth.

A very nice example of a large Victorian pine Linen Press. Practical and functional, with 3 doors in the top section, and 6 drawers in the base. 'His n Her's' chest of drawers with original attractive brass drop handles. The piece is suitable for hanging clothes and folded clothing.
Currently there are 2 shelves in the small right hand cupboard and the original hanging rail in the left cupboard. With an internal depth of 17”, it is fine for hanging shirts, but may be a bit tight for coats and suits. It can be shelved if required.
